DanceFitWalk - It's a Get Fit Party!

    601 Seco st at Arroyo blvd, Pasadena, CA

  • Look for us on the lawn area by the Lot H sign. (NE corner of Arroyo Blvd and Seco St.)

  • Join us for our evening DanceFitWalk Fitness Party! Come on out to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. 

     

     

    We'll be DanceFitWalking at the Rose Bowl Stadium grounds. DFW at the Rose Bowl is so awesome! We had a great time last Tuesday Evening. 

    Come and give it a try, it will be lots of fun!

    Strongly Suggested Items to Bring: 

    • Bottle of water or electrolyte drink  

    • Fanny pack (to hold your bottle, keys, etc.)

    • Athletic shoes

    • Heart rate monitor

    • Layers for cool weather

     

    Also, don't forget to eat something an hour to 30 mins prior to working out.

    Please arrive 10 minutes early. We will have liability waiver forms for first timers.
